FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities and day-to-day operations:

  • Provide a friendly environment and courteous assistance to our customers
  • Conduct facility tours for potential clients, and guide them through the signing of the lease agreement
  • Correspond with clients via email, phone, and in person
  • Update tenant accounts
  • Receive payments and sell moving supplies
  • Regularly monitor the property and rental units 
  • Perform cleaning duties and complete minor repairs
  • Safely drive a 16’ cube truck for new tenants – no loading required by staff
  • Familiarize yourself with Just Right Self Storage website, policies, and procedures, and facility layout.

 Qualifications:

  • Enjoys problem-solving and interest in providing a professional customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Valid full G driver’s licence with the willingness to learn how to drive the 16’ cube truck – clear Drivers’ abstract required.
  • Candidates must have a clear criminal record.
  • Ability to work full-time (35-40 hours/week). Possible shifts: Weekdays 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. and/or weekend 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Considered an Asset:

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English
  • Strong Knowledge of MS-Office
